Moya Development Program (MODE)

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Maximum age: 25 years for Bachelor’s degree holders, 27 years For Master’s degree holders, From nationally or internationally accredited universities (“A”/”Excellent” accreditation)
• Open to Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
• Preferred fields of study: Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Hydrology/Water Resources, Architecture, Data Science or Food Technology, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or Plantation.
• Valid language proficiency certificate (English or other languages) from a recognized institution.
• Experience in student organizations, internships,or research projects will be an advantage.
• Single.
• Willing to work in any operational area of Moya Group.
• Willing to commit to a service bond agreement.
